Jennifer Fortin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, customer care, and the creative arts. Currently serving as Training Administrator, Accounts Receivable and Customer Care Specialist at HeartMath LLC since March 2018, Jennifer specializes in science-based technology and programs aimed at reducing stress and increasing personal well-being. Previously, as a Depth Hypnotherapy Practitioner at Conscious Current Hypnotherapy from January 2011 to February 2018, Jennifer employed transformative techniques inspired by various spiritual practices. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to customer service and operational efficiency as Serenity Coordinator at Tea House Spa between March 2013 and March 2016. Jennifer's early career includes a role as Associate Art Director at Good Times News and Entertainment Weekly from August 2003 to October 2010, where responsibilities included design oversight and production management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography with a Minor in Graphic Design from San Jose State University.
