The mission of HeartMath Institute (HMI) is to help establish heart-based living and global coherence by inspiring people to connect with the intelligence and guidance of their own hearts.

HMI is an internationally recognized nonprofit 501(c)3 research and education organization dedicated to helping people reduce stress, self-regulate emotions and build energy and resilience for healthy, happy lives. 

HMI conducts innovative research in stress, coherence, heart-brain interactions and the physiology of emotions and optimal performance.

HeartMath tools, technology and training teach people to rely on the intelligence of their hearts in concert with their minds at home, school, work and play.
