Graziele Fernandes da Rocha is a business analyst currently working at Heartman House Consultores since September 2023, while also serving as a fellow in the Programa ProLíder since January 2022. Previous experience includes a resort worker position at Mount Snow, a business analyst intern role at Falconi focusing on operational expense reduction for retail companies, and a research position at CNPq where Graziele contributed to scientific projects at the Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense. As vice president of PRO Consultoria Júnior, responsibilities included strategic planning and team management.
