Erin Schroeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media coordination and education. Since June 2001, Erin has served as the Social Media Coordinator at Heartland Security Insurance Group, where responsibilities include website and graphic design, content management, and the development of strategies to enhance audience engagement across various social media platforms. Previously, Erin worked as a Customer Service Representative at Pathfinder Intelligence, Inc. from November 2018 to May 2022, and as an Adjunct Professor in Visual Communications at Tyler Junior College from August 2010 to June 2021, instructing students on page layout, digital media, and web design while focusing on student-centered learning. Erin holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Arts/Photography from Tyler Junior College.
