Chris Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Currently, they hold the role of SVP, Director People and Culture at HTLF, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at U.S. Bank for many years. At U.S. Bank, their roles included Sr. Director Talent Acquisition, Director Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Manager. Chris also worked at Hyrian as Manager, Recruitment Services and Recruiter, and at Evenium as an Account Manager/Recruiter.

Chris Hill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management from the University of Minnesota in 2001. Chris later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Development at the same university from 2004 to 2006.
