Tilia Marlene Russell is a versatile creative professional with expertise in graphic design and stagecraft. Currently serving as a Grafiker at Nørrebro Teater since February 2020, Tilia has been a co-founder of the artistic collective "De Sceneste" since August 2016, aiming to innovate and challenge the norms of performing arts through events such as the @hjertelandfestival. Tilia has also contributed to the development of the children's festival HJERTELAND at Heartland Festival. Previous roles include work as a scenographer for Teatergrad, graphic design at Comedus, and photography-related projects at Aarstiderne A/S. Educational background includes a Multimedia Design degree from KEA and studies in photography and theater design at various institutions.
