Jason Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems management and data analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of A&F Systems at Heartland Dental since December 2019, Jason implemented SAP Commissions software to enhance compensation accuracy for over 1,800 dentists and trained the finance team to increase efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Data Analyst at Red Gold, where Jason forged valuable vendor relationships and ensured timely data fulfillment for departmental needs, and Senior Programmer/Business Analyst at Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company, where Jason improved in-house software in collaboration with department managers. An earlier tenure at Weaver Popcorn involved comprehensive ERP implementation and IT direction responsibilities. Jason holds honors in Computer Programming and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, along with additional education at Indiana University Kokomo and Indiana Business College.
