Laura Kathryn Ridlon is a seasoned product delivery manager with extensive experience in coordinating complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Delivery Manager at Convera, Laura previously held the position of Product Delivery Manager at Heartland, where responsibilities included managing cloud-based SAAS Point of Sale product deliveries, facilitating training sessions, and developing key operational documents. Earlier roles included Project Manager and Digital Asset Coordinator at the Museum of the Bible, where Laura successfully defined strategic plans for exhibitions and implemented automated systems to enhance productivity. Additionally, as a Research Project Manager at the American Bible Society, Laura managed communications and artifact loans for a new museum opening.
