Matthew Shafer has extensive experience in operations and management within the beverage and service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Heartland Coca-Cola since August 2016, Matthew oversees the Delivery, Warehouse, and Merchandising teams across multiple facilities. Additionally, Matthew is the Owner of Beyond the Barn, specializing in custom woodworking and exceptional customer service. Previous roles include owning Central Illinois Septic Services and holding positions at The Coca-Cola Company as a Merchandising Supervisor and Account Manager. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
