Cindy Lucas is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in business process management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Productivity Analyst II at Heartland Business Systems since February 2019, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Cognizant since February 2016, Cindy is dedicated to enhancing collaboration between IT and business stakeholders. Prior roles include an IT Analyst at Kimberly-Clark, where Cindy focused on reporting needs and automation, and a Technologist/Programmer Analyst Intern at Integrys Business Solutions Ltd, where Cindy developed SQL database programs.
