Sarah Ketty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Sarah currently serves as the SVP, Director of People Portfolio at Heartland Bank since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Director of People Portfolio at Heartland Bank from July 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Heartland Bank, Sarah worked at Mast Global for 7 years. Sarah held various roles at Mast Global, including Director of Human Resources - Mast Global Technologies from September 2016 to July 2019, Manager of HR Strategy - Mast Global Technologies from November 2014 to September 2016, and Human Resources Manager at Victoria's Secret Direct (Mast Global Logistics) from November 2012 to November 2014.

Sarah's earlier experience includes working at American Eagle Outfitters for 9 years, where they held the position of Human Resources Manager from April 2010 to November 2012. Sarah also served as a Human Resources Generalist from August 2007 to April 2010, Human Resources Coordinator from February 2004 to August 2007, and Human Resources Assistant from April 2003 to February 2004.

Sarah's first job was at Checkfree Corp, where they worked as a Payment Research Specialist from February 2002 to March 2003.

Sarah Ketty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management & Technology, which they obtained from Carlow University in the years 2005 to 2009. Sarah also pursued studies in Spanish language and Business at The Ohio State University from 1997 to 2002.

In terms of certifications, Sarah obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in April 2020. Sarah has also completed training as a Facilitator with Development Dimensions International and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Additionally, they have completed a course in Organizational Analysis and Design with Strategic Advantages.

In 2021, Sarah attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, focused on Human Resources Management School, although the specific degree obtained during this period is not provided.
