Jill Taylor, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Jill currently holds the position of VP, Accounting Manager at Heartland Bank since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as AVP, Accounting Manager from April 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Heartland Bank, Jill worked at Peoples National Bank of New Lexington for over 20 years, where they held the role of Vice President Finance & Technology from May 1997 to July 2018.

Jill Taylor, MBA, has a diverse education history that spans several years. Jill began their education journey at Kent State University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology. Following this, from 1995 to 2008, Jill attended Hocking College to earn an Associate degree in Business. Building upon their previous education, they enrolled at Ohio University in 2009 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business in 2011. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, they pursued additional education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2013 to 2015, where they attended the Graduate School of Banking.
