Joseph Taylor is an accomplished appraisal and taxation professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Appraisal Manager and Assistant Vice President at Heartland Bank and Trust Company since June 2017, Joseph previously held the position of Sr. Commercial Appraisal Specialist. Prior to this role, Joseph was Vice President of Taxation at Uzelac & Associates from June 2012 to February 2017, where oversight of property tax appeals generated millions in fees. Experience as Deputy Assessor for Ross Township from September 2010 to June 2012 involved researching and negotiating commercial appeals. Earlier, Joseph worked as Regional Trainer at Product Action, developing management training for employees nationwide. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University.
