Brian Backe currently serves as an Operations Associate at Heartland Advisors, Inc. since March 2014. Prior to this role, Brian was an Area Supervisor in Retail at Six Flags Great America from April 2006 to October 2011, where responsibilities included managing multiple retail locations, scheduling for over 50 employees, and addressing complex customer grievances. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 2009 and 2013.
