Utkars Jain has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Grader/ Tutor of Mathematics/ Reading for Kumon North America, Inc. In 2014, they worked as a Private Tutor while self-employed. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Certified Tutor in Math, Science, and Computer Programming for Wyzant, and a Teaching Assistant, MAC (Mathematics Assistance Center) Tutor, and Student Researcher for the University of Pittsburgh. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant for Fourth River Solutions and as Chief Executive Officer for HEARTio. In 2018, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer for Upwork. In 2019, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer for iWorkGlobal and an Artificial Intelligence Developer for AJENTAI.

Utkars Jain has a diverse educational background. Utkars attended Spring-Ford Senior High School from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. From 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of Pittsburgh and obtained two Bachelor's Degrees in Neuroscience and Applied Mathematics. Utkars then continued their education at the University of Pittsburgh and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering in 2021. Additionally, Utkars has obtained two edX Honor Code Certificates for Scalable Machine Learning and Python for Data Science.
