Yury Khailou is an experienced Mobile QA Engineer with a background in testing mobile applications and creating comprehensive test documentation, including checklists and test cases. At Heartify Inc. since June 2022 and previously at Verv from August 2017 to December 2021, Yury has handled A/B testing, in-app purchases, and events testing while utilizing tools such as Charles Proxy, Android Studio, and various analytics platforms. Prior to QA roles, Yury served as a Customer Care Manager, managing support requests and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and engagement strategies.
