Ron Grosholz has extensive work experience in the food industry, holding various roles in research and development, technical services, and production. ron is currently the Director of Research & Development at Hearthside Food Solutions since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Weston Foods from 2018 to 2023, serving as a Technical Services Manager and an R&D Portfolio Manager. Before that, they worked at Interbake Foods for over two decades, starting as a Production Supervisor in 1995 and progressing to roles such as Quality Systems Manager and R&D Engineer.
Ron Grosholz completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Multidisciplinary Studies at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Engineering Technology, General from Westmoreland County Community College between 1992 and 1994. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications such as the Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters, obtained in 2006 and 2004 respectively, as well as a Cookie & Cracker Manufacturing Course certification from THE BISCUIT & CRACKER MANUFACTURERS ASSN, obtained in 2012.
