Mark Hopper is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Planning at Hearthside Food Solutions since March 2014. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director of Supply Chain Optimization and Analysis at McCain Foods from March 2010 to March 2014, where responsibilities included planning, analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives for the North American Integrated Supply Chain. Earlier experience includes roles at McCain Foods USA as Director of Customer Service and Sr. Manager of Demand & Inventory Planning, as well as management positions at ConAgra Foods and Pepperidge Farm. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.
