Janelle Alexander has extensive experience in the education and childcare industry. Janelle began their career in 2009 as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Learning Care Group, where they worked until 2013. Janelle then transitioned to the role of Assistant Director at the same company, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, Janelle joined Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers and took on the positions of Program Director and Director of Marketing and Family Retention.

Janelle Alexander attended California State University, Fullerton from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Adolescent Development.
