Melissa Hanley is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a background in managing events, budgets, and supplier relationships. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager at One Maidstone BID since May 2022, Melissa has also held roles as a Senior Marketing and Events Assistant. Prior experience includes significant positions in business development and account management at Proactive Fire Protection, Malvern Group, lastminute.com, and Cosmos Holidays. Melissa's educational qualifications include a 2:1 degree in Tourism Management from Canterbury Christ Church University. In addition to professional roles, Melissa is actively volunteering with the Heart of Kent Hospice and The Friends of the Wisdom Hospice.
