Ryan Werchan is an accomplished IT professional with over a decade of experience in network and systems administration. From October 2013 to March 2024, Ryan served as the IT Network & Systems Administrator at Hearing Lab Technologies, where responsibilities included managing and designing the IT infrastructure, encompassing email systems, servers, phone systems, wireless device management, and network equipment for a hearing aid manufacturer and retailer. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an Internet & PC Tech Support agent at AT&T from January 2009 to October 2013, delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance in a high-pressure environment, which enhanced communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for users. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Collin College in 2011 and previously studied at Collin County from September 2006 to May 2009.
