Clint L. has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Store Director at Academy Sports + Outdoors since July 2023. Prior to this role, Clint was the District Manager at Lucid Hearing from May 2018 to June 2023. Clint's career at Walmart spanned nearly three decades, holding various positions including Market Manager, overseeing 11 Walmart Supercenters with 2,500 employees and achieving annual sales of $600 million, as well as Store Manager and Regional HR Director. In these roles, Clint managed HR activities, employee performance, and led talent management initiatives. Clint holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government/Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which was obtained from 1984 to 1989, and attended Louisiana State University from 1983 to 1984.
