Director People Planning And Performance at Healthy North Coast

Sigrid Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and positions. Sigrid is currently the Director - Commissioning at Healthy North Coast since November 2022. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2022, they worked at the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation as a Program Manager, Clinical Monitoring Economics and Evaluation, and later as an A/Manager Health Economics and Evaluation Team. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Statutory Board member at the NSW Anti Discrimination Board. Sigrid also held the position of Director NSW Office for Ageing at the Department of Family and Community Services from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have worked as the Evaluation Manager, Health Economics and Evaluation Team at the Agency for Clinical Innovation, NSW Health from 2012 to 2016. In 2010, they also worked as the A/Deputy Regional Director at Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW. Other notable positions include Director Health Services Planning at QLD Health from 2007 to 2008, Policy, Planning and Performance Officer at North Coast Area Health Service from 2000 to 2007, and Manager at Byron Bay Youth Arts and Entertainment Centre from 1995 to 2000.

Sigrid Patterson has a diverse education history. Sigrid completed their Master of Program Evaluation at the University of Melbourne from 2012 to 2014, focusing on program evaluation, health economic evaluation, MCMC methods, and the global population health unit. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive Master of Public Administration at The Australian National University from 2010 to 2011, specializing in public policy and leadership. In 2009, they received accreditation in Managing Successful Programs from the Prince2 Program Management. Sigrid also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Economics and Epidemiology from the University of Sydney, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. In 2003-2004, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Population Health Research Methods from the University of Sydney. In terms of their artistic pursuits, they underwent documentary filmmaking training, screenwriting, directing, editing, and the PITCH at the Australian Film Television and Radio School in Brisbane from 1998 to 2004. Sigrid obtained a BA/Social Science degree specializing in Politics-Policy, Sociology, and Journalism from Deakin University from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Sigrid has pursued other interests including a Natural History Illustration certificate from the University of Newcastle in 2016, graphic design studies at the California Institute of the Arts from 2015 to 2016, and a Green Belt certification in Value Based Health Care from The Decision Institute in 2018.
