Mrs. Jamila Plasticwala has a diverse work experience. Mrs. Jamila started their career as an intern at Healthspring - Family Health Experts in 2015. Mrs. Jamila then worked as an intern at King Edward Memorial Hospital in 2017. In 2018, they joined Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel as a research dietitian. Most recently, in 2019, they founded their own company called Healthy Living.

Mrs. Jamila Plasticwala completed their education at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University. From 2013 to 2016, they attended the university, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In 2016, they pursued a post-graduate diploma in clinical nutrition and dietetics at the same university, which they completed in 2017.
