Tara Lukičić has a diverse work experience. Tara founded A jel može još ovo in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Public Relations Manager at RED agencija since September 2016. Tara also served as an Editor in Chief at Tvornica Zdrave Hrane starting from September 2014. Furthermore, they worked at Art Hill as a Booking Agent/Event Management from an unspecified date in 2015 until 2017. From September 2013 to June 2015, they held the position of Office Manager at Consilium Expert. Tara also worked as a TV Journalist at Z1 TV from January 2013 to August 2013. In addition, they worked as a Journalist at 21.stoljeće from January 2013 to February 2013. From August 2010 to October 2012, they were a PR person at Hrvatski filmski savez. Tara also worked briefly as part of Riječno kino at HFS from April 2011 to August 2011. Lastly, in 2010, they worked as a TV journalist at Nova TV.

Tara Lukičić obtained their Master's degree from Fakultet političkih znanosti Zagreb in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Tara pursued this degree from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they achieved a B1 level in the German language from Philosophical Faculty Zagreb's Centar za strane jezike program, completing it between 2010 and 2014.
