Livia Cavalieri currently serves as Head of People at Healthxchange Group, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Livia held the position of HR and L&D Manager at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios from June 2018 to September 2023, overseeing the People function across multiple offices. Livia's earlier roles include HR and L&D Advisor and Coordinator at Portland, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions such as rewards, employee relations, and learning development. Livia's experience also includes positions as HR Administrator at reCentre Health and HR and Recruitment Support at WaterAid, alongside work as an HR Assistant at Thriev. Livia has a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Consultancy from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Luiss Guido Carli University.
