Stephen Smith MBE MILM is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Healthx Pakistan since May 2022 and Global Operations & Business Development at HealthX Africa since April 2021, Stephen has previously held key positions including Business Development & Innovation Director at TruDoc Healthcare LLC and Operations Director at The Health Bank. Stephen's expertise spans healthcare consulting roles with prominent entities such as Healthcare UK and the Saudi Ministry of Health, along with considerable experience in developing IT solutions for healthcare in the Middle East. Stephen started a career as an NHS Healthcare Transition Consultant in London, complemented by a foundational education at Cockburn High School and ongoing studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
