Aqsa Malik has worked for three companies since 2018. Aqsa began their career as a Software Tester Intern at Arfa Technologies in 2018. In 2019, they moved to Meezan Bank Limited as a Human Resources Intern. In 2021, they began working as a Diversity & Inclusion Executive and Intern at Healthwire.pk.

Aqsa Malik attended the University of Central Punjab from 2019 to 2021 and earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university.
