Jacqui Okundaye is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as the Vice President of People and Organisational Development at HealthTrust Europe LLP since February 2024, Jacqui previously held the position of Human Resources Director at RS Components from May 2022 to November 2023. Prior roles include People Business Partner for UK&I at RS Components, Head of Human Resources at MMT Digital, and Head of HR and Recruitment at Be Heard Group PLC. Jacqui's career began at Kier Group as HRSS Team Leader and includes experience as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor at SSP Limited. Educated at the University of Central England, Jacqui holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
