Carolyn Fritz is an experienced educator and fitness instructor with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness since October 2015, Carolyn specializes in the Group Core program, offering a comprehensive core workout. Concurrently, as a State Pre-K Teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool since January 2019, Carolyn manages a classroom of 18 students, utilizing hands-on, play-based strategies for effective learning. Carolyn has also contributed to the Rhode Island Department of Education as a Curriculum Reviewer, evaluating early childhood curriculums for endorsement. Prior roles include teaching Pre-Kindergarten at The Children's Workshop, where Carolyn also served as an Education Coordinator, and planning a full-day kindergarten program. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Keene State College.
