Kathy LeBlanc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and proposal writing. Since January 2022, Kathy has been serving as a Proposal Writer at Healthtech Consultants. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Principal Consultant in Healthcare Management at Changing Tides Consulting Inc. and served as Senior Director of Perioperative and Surgical Services at Nova Scotia Health Authority from June to December 2015. Currently, Kathy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an Executive MBA specialty in leadership at Royal Roads University, a program started in 2004.
