Dan Larocco, CPC, currently serves as a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist at HealthTeam Advantage since March 2022, where responsibilities include auditing medical records and training staff on Electronic Medical Records systems while participating in the company's Diversity and Inclusion Team. Previously, Dan held the position of Claims Specialist at Eagle Physicians & Associates, P.A., focusing on medical coding and billing for primary care and gastroenterology, and training new employees in gastroenterology outpatient surgical billing. Additional experience includes working as a Coding Specialist for EMS Management & Consultants, Inc., a Quality Control Analyst at Swift Capital, a Quality Analyst I at Computer Aid Inc, and a Fraud Analyst II at Bank of America. Dan Larocco obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delaware.
