Yogini Patel currently serves as a QA Analyst at HealthStream since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in quality assurance and application testing. Concurrently, Yogini has been the Youth Activity Manager at BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir since August 1998, overseeing over 300 youth and working with more than 150 families to facilitate various cultural and educational programs. Previous roles include Application Tester at American Family Insurance, where responsibilities included testing customer information management applications and mentoring new hires, as well as Senior Loan Officer at LSI, recognized for efficiency in loan processing and training new hires. Yogini’s career began as a Supervisor and Customer Service Representative at Kohl's, excelling in team management and customer engagement. Yogini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from DePaul University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
