Pradeep also served as a Senior Software Engineer, leading large project agile teams and coordinating offshore testing activities.

Earlier in their career, Pradeep worked at Accenture (Travelers) as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the success of the offshore team and delivering high-quality work. Pradeep also gained experience as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer, focusing on developing test cases, automation scripts, and executing functional testing.
