Melissa Coleman is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, data management, and administrative functions. Currently serving as an Empanelment Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at HealthSpan Integrated Care since March 2011, Melissa excels in coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings, maintaining workflows, and managing call center performance data for 80 employees. Prior to HealthSpan, Melissa was a Staffing Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, where report generation and meeting preparation were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Operations & Fitness Specialist at Club Fit, where oversight of facility services and revenue-generating strategies were implemented. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from John Carroll University and a Project Leadership Certificate from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
