Lori Provenzano is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in renal and transplant coordination. Since July 2008, Lori has served as the Renal and Transplant Coordinator at HealthSpan Ohio, focusing on educating and coordinating care for Chronic Kidney Disease patients and managing Dialysis Care as needed. Prior to this role, Lori worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America from September 2006 to October 2014 as a Charge Nurse, where responsibilities included ensuring safe patient care and administering treatments. Lori also held a similar Charge Nurse position at Centers for Dialysis Care from April 2003 to May 2012. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nursing, and Child Care from Fairmont State University, earned between 1990 and 1996.
