Ogechi Ugwulebo, MS, CISM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ogechi is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Women in STEM Leadership (WISL), an organization that focuses on advancing women into leadership roles in STEM fields through leadership development, coaching, networking, and mentoring programs. Previously, they worked as an Information Security Specialist at HealthSmart, where they were responsible for developing and implementing data protection and security measures. Ogechi also served as a Software Engineer at HealthSmart, contributing to software development projects. Ogechi Ugwulebo is the Founder and National President of the Association of Nigerian Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (ANWEP), a non-profit organization that empowers women through mentorship, outreach programs, and support for those escaping domestic violence and sexual abuse. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at Galactic Performance Solutions, a Web Developer at Renown Health/Hometown Health, a Web Developer 2 at Saint Mary's Health Network, and a Software Engineer 1 (Intern) at Bally Gaming & Systems. Ogechi Ugwulebo, MS, CISM has a strong education history in the field of technology and cybersecurity. Ogechi obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cybersecurity from The University of Dallas, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their master's degree, Ogechi completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno, from 1997 to 2001. Ogechi also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from the University of Calabar, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993.

In addition to their educational background, Ogechi has obtained a Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA in October 2021. This certification further strengthens their expertise and knowledge in information security management.
