Christine Yates has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.
Christine started their career at Acordia National in 1995, where they worked as a Claims Examiner III and later as a Client Contact, handling dental, vision, and medical claims. Christine also served as a Customer Service Representative, providing assistance with claims, eligibility, and benefits.
In 2002, Christine joined Advanced Technical Solutions, LLC as an Administrative Assistant and Warehouse Manager. Over the course of 10 years, they took on various responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, HR director, help-desk supervisor, project manager, shipping, receiving, warehouse management, asset management, and licensing.

From 2015 to 2016, Christine worked as an HR Coordinator at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions, where they collaborated with HR managers and the HR Vice President on placing employees in companies across the United States. Christine specifically handled coordinating drug and background tests.
In 2016, they joined Pierson Technical Service as a Dispatcher, and then moved to HealthSmart in 2017, where they worked in Financial Services.
Prior to their current position, Christine also had extensive experience at Teays Valley Church Of God as a co-youth leader, responsible for planning events, managing forms and payments, coordinating travel and lodging, ensuring supplies for classes, and providing regular updates to the senior pastors and congregation.

Christine Yates started their education at Winfield High School from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a high school degree with a focus on general and business classes. Christine then attended West Virginia State University from 1983 to 1985, majoring in elementary education and teaching. In 2002, Christine briefly studied the legal environments of insurance at West Virginia State University. Later, they pursued accounting and finance at Marshall University starting from 2004. Additionally, they continued their education at Marshall University in the field of elementary education and teaching, although the specific years are unknown.
