Rahul Rana is an experienced HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational support. Currently serving as Career Pathways Lead at Healthscope since August 2021, Rahul has effectively managed the Career Pathways program and overseen recruitment for early careers initiatives. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Healthscope and HR Advisor at Twinings, as well as HR Consultant at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG). At National Australia Bank, Rahul held various positions including HR Advisor and HR Process Lead, providing critical support to senior leaders and enhancing HR processes.
