Joy Ward has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. JOY currently works as a Customer Specialist and Service Account Manager at UnitedHealth Group/UMR, where they started in June 2020. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Client Relations Manager at HealthSCOPE Benefit, Inc. from September 1998 onwards.

Joy Ward attended Bryant High School, where they graduated with honors. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Central Arkansas and completed one year of study.
