Andre Morales, MHA, serves as a Senior Manager at Healthrise since May 2023. Previously, Andre held the position of Epic Analyst III in Hospital Billing and Claims at Saint Luke's Health System from June 2022 to May 2023 and worked as an Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst at AdventHealth from December 2016 to June 2022, where Andre designed, built, tested, and implemented Epic Resolute systems, collaborated with various business teams, and led system demonstrations. Andre's earlier experience includes roles as a Revenue Cycle Analyst focused on Cerner Patient Accounting, Service Desk Supervisor, Service Desk Training Analyst, and Support Center Specialist, showcasing a strong background in healthcare IT and customer service. Andre earned a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate’s degree from Valencia College.
