Ann Yates is an experienced educator and instructor specializing in Adapted Physical Education and various forms of yoga and dance. Currently serving as an Adapted Physical Education Specialist at Spectrum Schools since August 2016, Ann also teaches yoga at HealthQuest and Synergy Wellness Center, while providing yoga and dance instruction at Meadowood Napa Valley. Additionally, Ann has been affiliated with Napa Valley College as an instructor in multiple disciplines since 2000. With a solid background in education, Ann holds an Adapted Physical Education Teaching Credential from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Master's in Education from Notre Dame de Namur University, and a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Physical Education and Dance from the University of San Francisco.
