Kristen Raftis, MNPL, has a strong background in development and strategic partnerships. Kristen has experience working at HealthPoint (CHC) as an Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships and Events, where they manage a portfolio of corporate partners and individual donors, and produces the organization's signature annual event. Prior to that, they worked at Renton Area Youth & Family Services as the Director of Strategic Relationships, overseeing individual giving, corporate relations, foundation and grant management, and organization communications. Kristen also has experience at United Way of King County, where they served as an Individual Giving Officer, Resource Development Officer, and Development Associate, responsible for philanthropic consulting, corporate partnership strategies, proposal creation, volunteer management, and public speaking.
Kristen Raftis, MNPL, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington. Kristen later attended Seattle University from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained an Executive Master of Nonprofit Leadership (MNPL) degree.
