David Jackson III, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David currently serves as the Director of Talent Pathways and Learning at HealthPoint (CHC), where their role involves leading a team and managing the organizational budget to design the strategic vision for learning and development. David has successfully implemented a new onboarding experience that reduced attendance time and received positive feedback from attendees. Prior to their current position, David was the Training and Development Manager at the City of Seattle, where they led a team in designing and implementing city-wide employee training programs and organizational effectiveness services. David achieved significant improvements in employee engagement scores and customer service complaints. David also has extensive experience at Boeing, where they held various positions and was responsible for LEAN, team management, and training and development initiatives. David started their career as an Operations Manager at Maruyama US Inc., overseeing purchasing and distribution activities. Before transitioning to the private sector, David served in the US Army as a Senior Logistician for twenty years.
