Patrick Lezcano Lytle is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in mental health and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Mental Health Services at HealthPartners since October 2015, Patrick directs strategy and operations for Mental Health & Addiction Medicine Services, overseeing a team of over 170 clinicians and support staff. Previously, Patrick held the same title at Allina Health, where leadership extended to the Northwest Alliance, serving a community of over 600,000 individuals. With a strong background in quality improvement, operations, and analytics from roles at Allina Health and the Minnesota Department of Health, Patrick has consistently driven enhancements in care delivery and patient experience. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Health Care from the University of St. Thomas and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Mini-Masters in Lean Enterprise.
