Michelle Pinex is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and business systems analysis. Currently serving as Principal Business Systems Analyst at HealthPartners since April 2022, Michelle previously held various roles at Sherwin-Williams from May 2011 to April 2022, including IT Manager, where responsibilities included managing an IT team focused on regulatory support and team development. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Caribou Coffee from June 2003 to April 2011, starting as a POS Database Analyst and advancing through several business analyst positions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Morris, earned between 1996 and 2001.
