Rendi Setiono is an experienced customer care and service professional with a strong background in electronic product analysis and repair. Currently serving as a Customer Care Specialist at HealthLink Europe & International since June 2021, Rendi manages customer inquiries and oversees the order process. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Service Employee at Stirling Cryogenics, where Rendi handled quotes and service requests, and as a Service Engineer at AME, focusing on defective electronic products. Rendi’s technical expertise is further supported by a decade-long tenure as a Failure Analysis Technician at Mainteq Europe B.V., alongside earlier positions in commercial administration and technical control within various companies. Rendi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Commercial Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences and an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Bandung.
