Yamini Ranchod has extensive experience in the field of epidemiology, currently serving as a Medical Reviewer at Healthline Media since May 2017 and as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley since October 2013. Prior to these roles, Yamini was a Graduate Student Research Assistant and Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan School of Public Health from August 2008 to December 2010, and worked as a Consultant at Accenture from January 2002 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan - School of Public Health (2008-2013), a Post-doctoral fellowship in Epidemiology at the University of California, Berkeley (2013-2015), and a Master of Science in Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (2006-2008). Additionally, Yamini holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Biology from the University of Michigan (1997-2001).
