Mitchell Polack has a diverse range of work experience in the field of healthcare technology. Mitchell started their career at Verizon Data Services, where they provided support for applications running on Microsoft Windows operating systems. Mitchell used Intersystems application and custom coding tools to develop and deploy bi-directional clinical data integrations with Healthix HIE unified care record. Mitchell implemented various interfaces and ensured proper data transformation and validation.

Mitchell Polack attended Syracuse University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).
