Prior to this, Tariq served as the Head of International at Reddit, where they led a cross-functional team focused on user and revenue growth in international markets.

Before Reddit, Tariq was the Head of International Sales & Strategy at Roku Inc., where they oversaw international sales and developed strategic initiatives.

Tariq also held various roles at Verizon Media, including Global Head of Sales Strategy and Head of International Strategy & Execution. In these positions, they were responsible for global sales strategy, partnerships, and international growth across a range of media and ad technology products.

Tariq's work experience also includes time at Oliver Wyman as a Consultant, where they worked across various industries, including CPG, media, and technology, focusing on strategy, pricing, data, operations, and product management.
